Questions
Does the Trip Pass renew?
No. It's one payment for 30 days, then your account goes back to free. Nothing is charged again. Buy another while one is running and it starts when the first one ends.
How do I cancel Plus?
Anytime, under Billing in your account. You keep Plus until the end of the year you paid for, and it doesn't renew.
I have a Trip Pass. Can I switch to Plus?
Yes. A Trip Pass bought in the last 30 days counts toward Plus, so your first year costs €39.01 instead of €49. Your Trip Pass keeps running too.
Is VAT included?
Yes, prices include VAT. Checkout may show the price in your own currency.
What does fair use mean?
Paid plans have generous limits that keep the service fast for everyone: 50 new reports a day, 50 trip lists of up to 200 places, and 500 saved reports. Opening a report that already exists is never limited.
Who handles the payment?
Checkout runs on Stripe, and Link, Stripe's payment service, is the seller of record. Your receipt comes from Link, and your bank statement shows LINK.COM followed by our name.
What happens to my lists when a plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Your saved reports and trip lists stay; you can add more again up to the free limits.
